Anyway, it's fanart for

's character Gally Trenton. This scene specifically inspired by [link]
From what I can gather, she comes from a planet named Newton-3, whose intense gravity field is the only thing keeping the local women's' breasts from expanding to gargantuan proportions (the gravity keeps them compressed or something). When Gally is working off-planet, she wears gravity constrictors to keep her chest a manageable size. The constrictors fail at comedically inconvenient/sexy times. Here, their power cells have failed at a particularly inconvenient time, because in zero-gee, the expansion effects are very drastic indeed...

Anyway, her character design (not just her boobs) struck me as really catchy and I was inspired to take a crack at it myself.
